Make optimal use of every available space

Bed-Stay is built modularly and adapts to whatever space is available, from a small hall to a large outdoor area. Thanks to the standardised parts, you scale effortlessly from 20 to 2,500 beds, without losing overview or comfort.

No tools or technical experience required

All parts are identical, there are no left or right components and no manual needed. This means any team, even without experience, can set up the units themselves within minutes.

In 2017, 2018, 2019, 2024, 2025 and 2026 we were present here. One of our longest-running projects. Here we accommodate the greenkeepers, who after their long shifts deserve exactly that: rest.

Why the standard solution doesn't work for your crew

<p><strong style="color: rgb(33, 33, 91);">A hotel is too </strong><strong style="color: rgb(243, 129, 17);">expensive</strong><strong style="color: rgb(33, 33, 91);"> and too </strong><strong style="color: rgb(243, 129, 17);">far away</strong></p>

A hotel is too expensive and too far away

Hotel rooms for dozens or hundreds of staff members are costly and a logistical nightmare. After a twelve-hour shift, nobody wants to drive another half hour for a bed.

Costs add up quickly and it doesn't make planning any easier.

<p><strong>Sleeping on an air mattress rarely means </strong><strong style="color: rgb(243, 129, 17);">real rest</strong></p>

Sleeping on an air mattress rarely means real rest

A shared space full of air mattresses offers no privacy, no blackout and no quiet. After a long shift, your crew needs a place to truly recover, not just to survive until the next one.

Poor sleep means less focus, more mistakes, and a team running on empty the next day.

<p><strong>Travelling far after a long shift is</strong><strong style="color: rgb(243, 129, 17);"> unacceptable</strong></p>

Travelling far after a long shift is unacceptable

Crew members who still have to drive half an hour after a twelve-hour shift are a safety risk. Fatigue behind the wheel, too little sleep, and being back on site too soon are real problems at large events.

Sleeping spots on or near the venue aren't just more comfortable, they're also smarter and safer for everyone, logistically.

What makes Bed-Stay different for events and festivals

A festival crew works long shifts. Set-up, the show, tear-down. Day after day, often with little sleep and little room to call their own. When someone finally gets to sleep, it makes a huge difference whether a curtain closes or not.

Bed-Stay provides modular sleep systems with blackout curtains that create your own, enclosed sleeping space. No shared tent without privacy, but a place where your crew can truly get away from the noise and chaos of the site.

With two people, a Bed-Stay is set up within five minutes, without tools.

Scalable from twenty to two thousand five hundred sleeping spots, indoors or outdoors.

We offer both indoor and outdoor solutions. For use in halls, tents and covered spaces, there's the Bed-Stay or the Bed-Stay Cube. For outdoor setups on the site itself, there's the Bed-Stay Hostel, a complete group accommodation with floor, beds and roof. This gives your crew their own sheltered space, even when no hall or tent is available.

Introducing the Bed-Stay Hostel - Ideal for festival crews

"We had a positive experience with Bed-Stay during the previous edition, so choosing them again for this year felt like an easy decision. The objective was to provide overnight accommodation for our security crew working twelve-hour shifts, where each staff member would have their own personal sleeping space.

Bed-Stay delivered exactly what we needed. The setup was well executed and met our expectations in terms of comfort, privacy, and practicality. Everything was delivered on time and as agreed. Bed-Stay proved to be a highly reliable partner who was able to respond quickly and deliver both products and services without any issues."

Make sure your crew doesn't end up on an air mattress, or that your organisation doesn't pay the highest price for crew accommodation.

From Rock am Ring to Tomorrowland, events like these choose Bed-Stay because it solves both problems at once: a private, enclosed space to truly rest, without the cost and logistical hassle of a hotel. Curious what that could mean for your event?
